At Viajero Hostels we are looking for someone extroverted, with an excellent attitude and ease interacting with guests. This role involves leading experiences, going out with guests, and ensuring they have unforgettable moments. Some of the activities include giving tours such as Lucha Libre, Xochimilco Boat Party and the Taco Tour, in addition to organizing hostel activities such as karaoke, beer pong and Lotería. It is essential to be responsible, punctual, and have the ability to manage groups with safety and enthusiasm. If you are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences, this opportunity is for you.
The schedule must be met without exception, except for verifiable force majeure. Punctuality is essential, as is respecting the hostel rules, such as not letting in external people, respecting quiet hours and maintaining a professional attitude. It is not allowed to drink excessively at the hostel nor neglect guests on paid tours. And finally, we seek a work environment free of gossip.
Many worldpackers have been applying to this position recently. The host will probably not be able to respond to all of the applications, so we recommend that you also apply to other hosts in our community and not just this one :)
