Spanish tutor for person with basic English skills

The experience

We're seeking a Spanish tutor for a beginner in the language. We prefer someone with formal teaching experience and is bilingual in English (or Ukrainian/Russian; this would be even better but not necessary). My wife is Ukrainian and has been learning English. However, she also wants to learn Spanish because we are in "Deep Spain".
If after a trial period things are going well, we would consider a longer-term paid position.
