The guest house is an incredible place, right in the heart of nature. I learned how to make so many different kinds of Knödel here, picked berries, dried herbs. And made lots of salads and prepared the rooms. Clem, Juli and Roos — and Franz, Sonja and Meiki too — are a true team. They're welcoming, down-to-earth, and always ready to help you. It was nice to have the meals together and play boardgames. If you're looking for mountains, good food, and people with heart, this is the spot. Many guests are locals so you can get a good impression of the mountain life.

My time at the hut was the most magical experience that can not be described in words :) Clem and Julia are just the sweetest people in the world, most welcoming, kind and very helpful. the location is very beautiful, people who come up to the hut, especially the locals - super funny and you will for sure never get bored there! and maybe if you have luck, they will invite you to the beer festival in town :))

The scenery at the hut is absolutely stunning, there are some amazing hikes to do. I very much enjoyed all the food and drink - the cakes, beer and schnapps were especially tasty. The room we stayed in was lovely and cosy and very spacious. The work wasn't too hard and often involved walking Charly which was fun. Thanks for having us for the month - me and Arwen made some good memories here

The hut is in a beautiful location and has some great hikes to do on your days off or when you're walking Charly, me and Millie were also lucky enough to see some snow! Our days off were flexible which was great for planning ahead and exploring other parts of Austria and the mountains. It probably would have been good if we knew a little more German so that we could communicate more with the locals, it was also pretty quiet while we were around as it was coming to the end of the season, so we had lots of extra free time. It was lovely to meet everyone and experience life in the mountains :)

The atmosphere is incredibly good, Clem, Julie and Roos are super friendly and always willing to help and explain anything.
The hut has everything (and more!) you need to live comfortably; they prepare plenty and different meals for guests so there is always food available, the rooms are super comfortable and the surroundings are wonderful!

It was great to meet and work with Juli Clem and Roos, there was a great team feeling. The hut is in such a nice location, great opportunities for hiking on your days off. The work is not difficult, and you get some hours off each day. Loved getting to try the different food and drinks! Charlie the dog is very cute and a nice bonus :)

So grateful for this opportunity, both the hosts Juli & clem (and of course Roos too) are beautiful people who made me feel so welcome from the moment I got there. Everything from exploring the local area (super flexible with days off so you can maximise your time!!) to spending time with the locals to eating breakfast together with the worlds best view was just perfect. Such a beautiful experience and feel so lucky to have experienced it 😇❤️❤️❤️

Clem and Juli are very nice people. They are open, welcoming and geanorous and I really enjoyed my time there. They were flexible with days that I could take off. If you are looking to living on mountains this is the place! The view is truly memorizing and there are many hiking trails around. I enjoyed getting to know the local people and tasting the local food. All in all it was a unique experience and I am truely thankful to get the chance to live there.
