Want to spend your days on the beach, your afternoons out on the water, and your Monday nights at the island's best jungle party? We're looking for an energetic, social volunteer to join our crew on the beautiful island of Koh Rong Sanloem, Cambodia.
32 hours of help per week
Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
1 day off per week
Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

What you'll do
Mondays Jungle Party night 🎶
Promote the party on the beach during the day and invite travellers to join
Help set up and run the party, get people excited, and keep the energy high
Tuesday to Sunday – Island activities 🚤
Beach marketing: Chat with travellers on the beach, share what's happening on the island, and sign people up for our trips and activities
Lead boat trips: Host and guide our boat tours from time to time: welcoming guests, keeping the vibe fun, and making sure everyone is safe and having a great day (snorkelling, island hopping, sunset trips, SUP tour in mangrove forest, and plankton swims)
Activity support: Help organise and run our island activities
Social media: Snap photos and short videos of trips and events for our Instagram and Facebook

Working hours & shifts ⏰
Volunteers work 6 hours a day, 6 days a week, split into two 3-hour shifts with a 1-hour break in between. Use your break to relax, cool off in the sea, or grab a meal.
Island activity days (Tuesday–Sunday)
Shift 1 (3 hrs): Morning. Beach marketing, trip check-ins, or joining a boat tour
Break (1 hr): Swim, eat, or chill on the beach 🍹
Shift 2 (3 hrs): Afternoon or evening. Sunset trips, plankton swims, or more time on the beach meeting travellers
Jungle Party day (Monday)
Shift 1 (3 hrs): Afternoon. Promote the party on the beach and help with setup
Break (1 hr): Recharge before the night 🌙

Shift times can vary with the boat trip schedule, weather, and tides, and we'll share your weekly roster in advance. With 1 days off each week plus your free time after shifts, you'll have plenty of time to explore the island, unwind, and enjoy the beachside fun! 🌞

As our Jungle Party & Boat Trip Host, you'll be the face of our island adventures, making sure every guest feels welcome and has the time of their life. Your main responsibilities include:
Jungle Party (Mondays) 🎶: Help set up the venue, welcome guests, keep the dance floor buzzing, and make sure everyone has a great (and safe) night in the jungle.
Boat Trip Host 🚤: Lead our boat trips from time to time. You'll check guests in, give a quick welcome and safety briefing, keep the vibe fun on board, and help guests enjoy snorkelling, island hopping, sunsets, and plankton swims (we'll train you!).
Tour Information & Sales 🗺️: Share details about our boat trips, island activities, and the Monday Jungle Party, and get travellers excited to book their next adventure.
Beach Promotion 📣: Walk the beach, hand out flyers, chat with travellers, and spread the word about our trips and parties, especially in the days leading up to Monday.
Content Creation 📸: Capture photos and short videos on trips and at the party for our social media.
