We are looking for active, dynamic people who want to get their hands dirty building and improving spaces with their own skills. The main focus of your volunteering will be on infrastructure, masonry, and general maintenance of the finca:
Traditional restoration and masonry: Support in the reconstruction and consolidation of some old sheds, small on-site construction repairs, plastering, and small repairs to existing structures.
Maintenance and fine-tuning: Conditioning of key spaces (cleaning, sanding, painting, and organization of the tool shed or common areas).
General care of the finca: Occasional assistance in small DIY tasks, basic plumbing, or repair of tools and accesses.
💡 You don’t need to be a master builder, but you should have experience and autonomy in handling basic tools, a proactive spirit, a desire to learn, and absolute respect for teamwork and the environment.

Top spaces: You will stay in a spacious, recently renovated and fully equipped house with all the comforts.
Accommodation options: Depending on availability, you will have one of the two double rooms for individual use in the main house, or a separate annex apartment to enjoy greater privacy.
Activities, shifts, and communal living
In Arraigo, flexibility and good communication are part of our spirit. Tasks are planned week by week according to the project’s needs and the progress of each phase.
Currently the project is in an early phase and the main tasks involve DIY, masonry, and finca maintenance.
The usual schedule:
Morning shift: from 8:00 to 13:00
Your free time: The rest of the day is completely free to rest, explore the island’s magic, or simply enjoy the tranquility of the finca.

Mutual respect above all: quiet hours from 22:00. Take care of your privacy and that of others, keep common areas clean and tidy, and avoid any activity that poses a risk to the house or its inhabitants. Work schedules and shifts are part of the agreement and are expected to be followed.
Before confirming your stay we will do a video call to get to know each other, resolve questions, review the details of the agreement, and show you the finca, the house, and your space.
