My time at the host was incredibly special and unique. Getting to meet the most wonderful people that live in the area and travel through. Many nights are spent creating and playing music with a warm and welcoming community. You will feel at home here in no time, and life opens up in a whole new exciting way. The work is fulfilling and fun to get in the rhythm of. I feel so grateful to have spent two months playing, connecting, creating and learning from wise and opened hearted souls.

This was truly the most magical Worldpackers experience! As a first time solo traveler, I couldn't have asked for a better fit. The community and love here are so special, and everything felt magical. I loved the work, meeting people from all over the world, and connecting with other volunteers. The café was unbelievably beautiful, and I felt so lucky to wake up there every day. Thank you, Thom and Meru, for welcoming me and making me feel at home so quickly. Can't wait to come back! Miss you guys already! <3

I loved my month at the host. I became a part of the family very quickly thanks to loving Meru, the other volunteer ami and all the inspiring customers! I've never created so much art before, shared it and created with others. Tzununa is a very cute town on the host, a lot less touristy than the surrounding towns which i really enjoyed!! Thanks a lot for my time, love y'all!🩷🌟

The host was the most amazing experience as a volunteer! Meru was so unbelievably welcoming and helpful and we've become really good friends with her! The work is straight forward, customer based service, and such an amazing way to meet all of the locals in Tzununa. The bedrooms are comfy and the kitchen is perfect for basic use. We couldn't recommend the host enough - you'll never want to leave trust me!

My time here was incredibly special. The cafe is built around a wonderful community. The locals and travelers welcome you with open arms. I have made life long friends through this experience. The location is also wonderful, close to local waterfalls and other the host towns. My experience here is hard to put into words but all in all I 100% recommend volunteering here. The work is exactly as described and fairly simple, so you will have an abundance of time to explore towns and hang out with friends.

The host is an incredibly cool place. The vibes, the people and the atmosphere. I had the best experience volunteering at the host. Everyone there is so relaxed and friendly. Tom is an incredibly good human! His kindness really shines. We had so much laughter, so many smiles and so many good memories. I really recommend this place, especially to artists and those who want to hang out with very awesome people. Jacinta and the kitchen ladies were so sweet and fun to get to know a little bit. I appreciated our moments of giggles. I am sending so much love to the whole the host crew!

My stay at the host was everything I wanted and more. The Team is caring and flexible. I made true connections both with the others working, the usuals in the cafe and new travellers and faces in the cafe. A calm place, where there is space for being social, vibrant and outgoing but also space for taking your own space and do witchy stuff in your room; no questions asked ;) (And wow what a beautiful room I had?!) I loved everything about being there! You will see me again sooner or later Much love to the host, Tzununa and everyone there <3

Aww gosh, where do I start? I couldn't recommend this place more. If you want to feel like a mountain earth fairy in a rustic, musical, artsy community café - this is the place. Tom, the owner, is wonderful. He's funny, thoughtful and has a huge heart. The customers are wonderful, so it's easy to make friends. Delicious food, cuddly cats, open mic nights and the sweetest kitchen girls who I shared many laughs. Music jams, ecstatic dance, yoga and herbalism are all close. After travelling a while, the host truly felt like family. I miss it every day & I'll cherish my time here forever. Big love.
