Song is a very sociable host, always up for a chat or a workout. He's very generous and will always help you when you have a problem. Song took us to many fun places in our free time and made sure we had a good time at his guesthouse. The work is very straightforward : housekeeping and cleaning and helping out guests. Our working hours were respected for the most part. On the occasion that we had to do overtime, Song would treat us to food to make up for it. I had a great experience and can recommend to volunteer at this place.

This is literally one of the best volunteer experiences, and the host is jinjja amazing! I can also say with certainty that it is the cleanest hostel in Busan thanks to Sung and that they really made me feel at home; I hope to return someday. You're the best—thanks! Staying at this hostel gave me a great opportunity to get to know more about Korean culture! Both hosts were really welcoming and eager to recommend you local festivities. The hostel is very social and you get in contact with many travellers from all over the world.
Regarding the workload, all tasks were manageable and sometimes you will even finish earlier than expected. If the hostel is really packed, it can happen that you finish late but all in all you still have enough time to explore Busan!

I had a great time volunteering at this hostel. The work and the working hours were fair and comfortable. Kim and Sung were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. They showed me and the other volunteers many parts of Busan and taught us a lot about Korean culture. the guest house is also a fantastic and very central area with plenty to see and do. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, made great memories, and would highly recommend this hostel.

Coming to the guest house as a Worldpacker is one of the best decisions I've made in 2025. The guesthouse is perfectly located in downtown Busan which offered me great convenience to explore the city and take trains to other corners of the guest house as well; work schedule is pretty predictable and workload is greatly appropriate with 2 days off per week around which I can arrange my time. The hosts Sung and Kim are with the kindest hearts to take care of us all, and even take us around to beaches, festivals and markets if we finish early. I got to meet with so many amazing volunteers who filled my heart!

I had an amazing time in Busan all thanks to Kim, Sung and the volunteers of the guest house. Besides being one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in, we all shared fun experiences together around the city, I got to experience the local culture and ate lots of Korean food. I will miss this place and I will definitely recommend it to other travelers who want to travel through the guest house.

This one and half months I spent in the guest house is amazing. The hosts Sung and Kim are kind people, they always warm-hearted and local to recommend us good places and restaurants, and offer us daily needs. And so thanks for the Korean food they brought to share with us. ^^The workload is moderate, we have enough time hanging out in Busan and surrounding cities. Also we can discuss and choose the days off as our request. I will never forget the friends I met here, volunteers and guests, atmosphere here is good, we had so much fun together!

Sung and Kim were cool. It be amazing if there were a Korean structured learning experience. Otherwise the task are straight forward, it's hard work however it's clean, a great way to experience Busan, and learn about Korean culture because Sung is very community oriented and will include you in cultural meals and celebrations. I got to see another side of the guest house and I really enjoyed myself.
