This was my first Worldpackers experience and I don't think it could have gone any better. Mani and Justine were excellent hosts from start to finish. They were kind, patient with volunteers learning the tasks, and made the stay enjoyable. This also goes for the other volunteers as well. I look forward to going back to the Cameron Highlands.

The hostel is a nice place in the middle of Cameron highland, Tanah Rata nearby the bus station and many hikes The work is easy to get, Justine made a pdf with everything explained and other volunteers, Mani & Justine are always around whenever there is help needed I spend 2 weeks there enjoying the mountains, slow life, afternoon rain and strawberries Thank you again la 😊

I had a great time volunteering at the hostel. It's a great place to relax and enjoy some time in nature, as well as meet other travellers. The work in reception was easy to pick up and everything was explained clearly before I started working. Be ready to play lots of card games and enjoy big laughs + good times with Mani, Justine and the other volunteers. I would highly recommend coming to volunteer here if you have the chance!

I had a great time with Justine & Mani. The tasks were explained well and I enjoyed learning how to work in the hostel and dealing with the motorbikes. Overall most of the time was pretty chill, sometimes a small rush but we worked together as a group really well I thought. Depends on your group of volunteers but I had the best fun playing cards, assassin and hikes together. Prepare for a wet bathroom & bring your own TP. Miss it already!!

I volunteered for a month and i already miss it sooo much!! mani and justine were AMAMAZINGGG and genuinely made me feel at home, the town itself is very nice and calm a break from the city life.. even on rainy days when you couldn't go out, chilling in the hostel was so nice we play games and socialize with the guests it was truly an amazing first volunteering experience and if i ever come back to malaysia i will 100% come back here again just BE CAREFUL when you play games with mani, as he is veryyy competitive and will win 😂

Great place to slow down your travels, chill and get in touch with nature in the beautiful Cameron Highlands. Chill atmosphere at the hostel and the work itself was mostly chill as well. Hours and tasks were exactly as described which was much appreciated. The hosts, Mani and Justine were really nice and welcoming as well

That was my first time volunteering, and I liked it a lot. The job was easy, I helped with guests registration, scooter rental and wall painting. There were many other volunteers so I never felt bored or lonely, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. And there are lovely cats living too. The hostel is close to the bus station and main street with cafes and restaurants. There are many trails if you like hiking.

I had a great time at the hostel. The tasks were exactly as described. Justine and Manni were always available if help was needed; they were incredibly kind and gave me a warm welcome. Since there were several volunteers at the same time, I was never bored, even when the weather was bad. In the evenings, we often sat together and played cards. I highly recommend it!
