I enjoyed a lot speaking to people on the beaches for the campaign of sensibilization about the pollution of cigarettes'butts. The accomodation in the van was cozy and full of privacy, taking the shower outdoors under the sky was an amazing experience. I appreciated a lot the kindness of Myriam and her friends in Gagliano Del Capo. The last day she woke up to drive me to the bus stop despite being super early in the morning. I didn't know what to expect, but I had a wonderful experience in Salento!! Myriam is an incredible person, and it was a pleasure to hear her stories as a traveler. The place is very special: an open-air archaeological site surrounded by several beaches. We had a bike at our disposal, which made it much easier to get around between the sites and the town. The work is straightforward and the two days off allow us to really explore the region. It was great to visit “il tacco dello stivale,” this well-preserved little corner of Italy. We helped Myriam with the farm maintenance, doing planting activities, weeding, and preparing everything for the start of the season. She is a very helpful person and a true traveler at heart. She also took us to explore the surrounding area, which was really cool and made the whole experience feel complete. It was a truly great experience, and I highly recommend it.

I was about one week at Myriams eco-lodge and had a greate time! I felt instantly welcomed and she took me many times to breathtaking places of the area and told me about the history about them. Every day we ate healthy and dealicious meals that she cooked in the evening. Work never overtook the agreed hours. All in all, i am happy with the experience!
