I absolutely loved my experience at the hostel & the hostel! The whole team is incredibly caring, welcoming and always helps volunteers make the most of Cancun. Arturo is understanding and flexible, regularly checking in to make sure everything is going well. The hostel is spacious, clean and perfectly located. The mission is exactly as described, with fair conditions and room for your own ideas. I had an amazing experience at the hostel. I spent four weeks teaching yoga classes and always felt valued and appreciated. Communication and expectations are very clear, all the staff are wonderful, the lunch is good, and the space is comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this experience, I am so grateful to have gotten to volunteer here ❤️

My stay at the hostel was great! The hostel is well organised and Arturo is super friendly and clear. The rooms are cleaned daily, and even have air conditioning! Work is easy and enjoyable, beach days and activity concierge were super chill (especially cause I love the beach and could chose where I wanted to go every day. Carlos is very knowledgeable, especially on taco tours and the location is awesome, with a supermarket, gym, ADO, and food park all nearby and the free food is great and changes daily. Well worth the stay here, everything was great and highly recommend!

I had a great experience volunteering at the hostel. The team was very welcoming and the atmosphere is social – perfect for meeting people and creating a good vibe. I really enjoyed organizing activities and beach outings and connecting with guests. Only downside, which is not the hostels fault though, that because of the cartel thing that happened, other volunteers canceled and i ended up being the only for 2 weeks and after one more came. Everyone that is keen to have great facility's and a great time should def go there 🙃💯

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel ! Arturo is so kind and so are all the other members of staff. I had a great time with the other volunteers also and the activities were really fun to do (guacamole lessons, cocktail lessons, taco tour, beach day). Also, the hostel is really nice, clean and the dorm is spacious and comfortable. Really recommend and thank you Arturo for having me !

I have done many Worldpackers experiences before, but the hostel is truly in a league of its own. Arturo is an incredible host who genuinely cares about his volunteers. I felt like part of a family rather than just a worker. The location in Cancun is perfect, central, safe, and incredibly beautiful. The work is simple and rewarding, making it so easy to meet wonderful people from all over the world. There is always a fun activity or something to do, so you'll never get bored. I'm already dreaming of going back… thank you for everything!

This was my first hostel and volunteer experience, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Arturo and Carlos were incredibly kind, helpful, and made the whole experience feel special. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully kept. There’s also a beautiful hotel just down the street that’s part of the same company absolutely stunning, with a gorgeous pool and amazing restaurants. The other volunteers truly made it unforgettable. 💕 So many amazing memories I will carry forever. I can’t recommend this place enough
