Lovely place in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding scenery is great too, with this basin that Yamanashishi is in being surrounded by gorgeous mountains. The work was very relaxed, the grapes and meals were quite tasty and the people lovely! Happy to have gotten to spend some time here!

It was my first experience as a volunteer and it was very good! Emiko is an inspiration, she is very chill and kind! The work was a little monotonous but easy and you can talk or listen to music. If we ever wanted to do something Emiko usually made it possible. Food is provided from another volunteer on workdays. The volunteers have their own house and everyone had to make it work together so you can really get in contact with others easily. Altogether it was a great stay! I already miss it!

I liked this experience picking momos, summer is really hot but the work was easy for the volunteers and you can eat the farm or grapes thank you for that. Also the 3 meals were very delicious. I also loved the bicycle to see around .

The farm was my first volunteering experience through worldpackers and it has set a high bar to beat. From the moment Emiko and her Husband picked me up from the station and took me to their home, I was immediately warmly welcomed by the volunteers who had all just finished having dinner together. Emiko is a kind, friendly and bubbly host who makes you feel warm and welcome at all times. The work I did was an early start at 5am, helping pick peaches and carry heavy buckets on the farm, which kept me in shape and I felt like I was contributing to a team. Thank you so much KPF! ❤️🍑

I only stayed a short time at Kasai Peach Farm but I enjoyed it so much I wish I had stayed longer! Emiko and her family are super kind and I instantly felt comfortable. Yamanashi is a beautiful place and there’s lots to do in your free time. Sorting peaches, packaging grapes, helping with the bonsai crop (and even helping clean out the garage) was all satisfying work. I would recommend this experience for anyone looking to get out of the city, to be surrounded by amazing scenery whilst doing meaningful work for the loveliest family. Thank you Emiko for everything!

My experience at Kasai Peach Farm was truly amazing! I felt so welcomed by Emiko and her family from day one. The farm itself is lovely, and because we were a large group of volunteers, it was wonderful to connect and share experiences with so many different people. The work was also incredibly interesting, I loved getting to work with both the grapes and the peaches. I highly recommend volunteering here!

It was my very first time eating freshly picked peaches and seeing the farm plantation in person. During my stay, i learned many new skill , including how to harvest peaches properly and how to maintain the far. Emiko san were patent, supportive and always willing to share her knowledge. I also really appreciated how well organized everything was. The daily work schedule was clear and break times and meals tie were well planned, making it easy to be productive while also having enough time to rest.
