Really nice time I had in thethethe farm. The host is a really nice person, i mostly spent time in cleaning up the garden area and connecting with the nature. But I felt a little bit pressurized with the work. I would have continued to work and helped to make up the place slowly . The host was very kind to prepare for me food most of the time.. the place is a good place surrounded by nature and local the farmgrowing the farmvegetables.

We had a great time here, its nice to be in touch with nature. Working on the farmcan be some times hard physical work but also rewarding the hours you can work your can plan them yourself a little bit which is nice. There are a lot of animals on the farmso you never have to feel lonely. Thank you poobala!

The farmis the perfect place to start your Indian adventure. It is a place that transmits peace where people welcome you warmly, where you can eat typical and fresh food and where you can learn permaculture. We were here only a week but every day was full of emotions. We met many people who gave us the opportunity to participate in the puja. Poobala is an excellent host, welcoming and present. Talking to him was enriching, he made us discover many things about India. Thanks for the hospitality, we hope to be able to return one day!

The farmis home away from home. Poobala the host and the family living here treated me with kindness and love. I was able to learn a lot from different premaculture practices and experimenting an authentic indian culture. The countryside is so beautiful, if you really want to be in touch with nature and eating the best local food this place is for you. The tasks were different everyday, basically were mostly about farming, feeding the cows and harvesting the seasonal vegetables/fruits. This was my first ever experience in India so for me it was perfect to start slow my journey here.

I couldn't have chosen a better place to start my journey with Worldpackers. I'm leaving this place with a full heart and an enriched soul. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and the ideal location for some soul searching. As a writer, the experience has filled me with inspiration. I still have a lot to learn and I hope to come back soon. The people here are warm and welcoming, and Bala is a wise man and great company.

The farmFarms is not just some piece of land but rather a beautiful piece of intricate Creation. Poobala has nurtured this place with so much love and care that I could feel the same in the entire atmosphere. The patience that he has carried within him all these years is breathtaking. I felt so close to Nature and Poobala also reminded me how important trees and plants were in our lives. I loved cutting corn as fodder for the cow and helped in cooking as well. The conversations with the local people were very interesting as I tried a few Kannada words. I learnt waste management as well.

My first experience in India. I was culture shocked. Things settled for me thanks to the openness of Poobala, Sono and Aunti: teaching me how to wash my own clothes, cooking my home recipe and Poobala driving me around on his vintage motor visiting tempels and trying local food! Go with no expectations and keep your heart open. Communicate about working hours and tasks. Next to photography I helped with daily tasks like cleaning, gardening, cooking. This place is open for your creative ideas as well.

Pobala is an amazing host. The idea behind his the farmis to maintain and live on the basis of sustainability and also protect the environment while learning a lot of things from it. Definitely coming back again very soon. And do not expect any kind of luxury when you are here. Get in touch with nature and let yourself go with the flow. Mr. Pobala will guide you in what your duties are and what needs to be done. Cook him great food I would recommend 😋 or help him out with farming. But still the best place to be inthethethe farm. I gave up the city after staying here. Thank you so much Poo. See you
