Ane was a great host! She is generous, kind, friendly and does not micromanage your work but can communicate tasks clearly. The only thing that wasn't as clear about the project profile was that tasks were more focused around her small business bed & breakfast and cafe However, I did learn some good sustainability habits from Ane in the kitchen, areas around the property she built from reusing materials and the way she does business locally for stocking her kitchen.
