The teamwork in the kitchen was fantastic, and they prepare delicious food! The place is very calm and peaceful; you can meditate by the river, go for walks, and meet local people. I truly enjoyed my weeks there.
They were even flexible with my shifts when I needed to work remotely, allowing me to make up that time later. Highly recommended!

I loved the place, my experience there was awesome. If you want to go to Lamanai this is the perfect spot. Is 1 hour far from Corozal and 2 hours from Belize City. You can go visit on your days off without problems. The host is phenomenal, she is very attentive and friendly. Amazing!

I learned so much from each of them, and you'll never get bored, there's always something fun to do. the hostel is truly the best place, and I'll carry it in my heart forever!

We felt very good, we really enjoyed being here, we were very well received by all the workers, it is a really beautiful place with many mosquitoes, so bring repellent… the downside of the place is that a lot of plastic is consumed, there is zero environmental awareness, there is no good management of organic waste nor recycling… the food was very good, but when it comes to using the kitchen, it is not equipped with enough utensils. Thanks to the hostel for hosting us and for allowing us to leave our art in this beautiful place

Belize is a unique place! Its culture is very different from what we know in Latin America, as it blends a variety of cultures. The fact that everything is in English already makes everything different. However, its people are very friendly and nice, a very relaxed vibe and excellent food.

En éste voluntariado he aprendido y disfrutado a partes iguales, las tareas a realizar son sencillas y cualquier persona puede hacerlas, el horario y los días libres te permiten poder visitar lugares increíbles del país. Todo el equipo es maravilloso, son personas simpáticas, educadas, muy sociables y te ayudan en todo lo que esté en su mano, la comida exquisita y el alojamiento muy bien, recomiendo 100% el voluntariado. Me llevo muy buenos recuerdos de mi estancia y espero poder volver en un futuro. Muchas gracias por todo!!
