- Occasionally we may need help with the gardens: removing weeds, gathering herbs, mulching, etc
A typical day here:
- 7:00 am. Yoga stretches in the shala.
- 7:30 am. Breakfast.

- 1:30-2:00 pm. Lunch
After time off.
- 8:00-8:30 pm. Dinner.
What do you need to bring?
- Appropriate footwear: hiking boots are ideal for working and exploring the mountain, at minimum trekking shoes.
- A reusable bottle made of stainless steel or plastic to refill with water.
- Your own bath towel and your own personal hygiene products (shampoo, toothpaste, etc)
How many people will you meet?
This is not the best place for those who want or need to be in socially very active settings.
Depending on the time of year you will meet me and some neighbors and perhaps hostel guests.
Most stays of 2-3 weeks involve meeting a fairly limited number of people.

¿Cuantas personas vas a conocer?
Y ahora algunas reglas;
