Fernando (the owner) and Paola (the manager) are extremely kind, supportive, and easy to communicate with, and I met really great people during my stay<3There are some operational challenges, especially with room readiness, as rooms listed as available may need additional checks. There was also some initial lack of clarity around scheduling, I signed up for night shifts, and only had one during my two weeks. Overall it was flexible and a positive experience. Tysm !🤍

I enjoyed my stay with Noracoliving . The host was amazing . She was easy going and spoke English which it was a plus for me . The place is around some attractions but you have to go out of the area to go to some other tourist attractions. What we were promised as accommodation was given to us except the bikes . An incident occurred which delay the opportunity for us to use them . Other than that my room was great . TV did not work but I got the host to work with me and she informed me that it will be taken care of . Schedule was great and she's was super attentive to our needs and our req.

I was very pleased with my experience at the hotel. My workload was only three days a week and less than the original agreed upon thirty hours. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who is trying to practice their Spanish as most of the people staying at the hotel are Mexican. For me, working reception was slightly difficult since my Spanish is not very good, but overall, it was pretty easy and there's a decent amount of downtime.

Volunteering at the hotel was a valuable experience. My stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly, helpful, and they were flexible with days off. I worked more hours than expected from this announcement, but when they need, extra shifts were compensated. Some promised amenities weren't available, but the kitchen, laundry and tour discounts were appreciated. The volunteer accommodations could be more comfortable. My experience at the hotel was very good. It is a safe, quiet place with an excellent location, very close to downtown Guadalajara, which makes it possible to tour the city and go out at any time with peace of mind.

It was a great experience volunteering at the hotel, the points to highlight are the free time you have to visit the city, your space is independent and they are very kind. The tasks to be carried out are simple. I highly recommend volunteering with them, the location is excellent, you can walk to downtown Guadalajara in 15-20 minutes. The light rail stations are nearby. Pao, in charge of the hotel, is very kind 🙌 as are all the reception colleagues.
