Program Details

We are a family of people from around the world. If you join us as a volunteer, you'll become part of that family. We eat together, laugh together, and work hard together.

Things are always changing — guests change their plans, something goes wrong with a tool, weather turns bad — so you need to be good with flexibility and adapting on the fly.

We live surrounded by nature, so mosquitoes, flies and other countryside creatures are part of everyday life. We provide mosquito repellent, but it's important to come prepared for rustic country living.

We also share our meals: lunches are usually Italian-inspired and cooked by Andrea, while dinners are shared between the team, so everyone gets to contribute and we enjoy an international mix of cuisines. We provide fresh, natural and homemade food.

Wi-Fi is available in the house and common areas, but not throughout the property.

Activities & Shift

Each week, we plan the schedule together according to the guests, retreats and activities taking place at the agriturismo. Tasks may include preparing and cleaning guest spaces, helping with meals, keeping common areas tidy, gardening and other everyday tasks around the property.

The schedule can change depending on what is happening that week, so we need volunteers who are flexible and comfortable adapting to different tasks.
