32 hours of help per week
Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

¿Tienes habilidades de comunicación y te encanta conectar con personas de todo el mundo?
Esta oportunidad es para ti. Ayúdanos en la recepción del hostal: recibe a los viajeros, comparte información sobre actividades, coordina check-ins y check-outs, y sé parte de la buena vibra que nos define.
Turnos de 6 horas al día, 5 días a la semana. Las horas pueden dividirse en dos jornadas (mañana y tarde) o tomarse de corrido, todo bajo previo acuerdo mutuo.
Actividades a realizar:
Recepción y atención a huéspedes (check-in/check-out, información general)
Organización de reservas y comunicación vía WhatsApp y redes
Mesería y atención en el restaurante
Arreglo y limpieza de habitaciones
Mantenimiento básico y jardinería
Apoyo en cocina y alistamiento de espacios
Tareas logísticas generales del hostal
Promovemos el trabajo colaborativo y el aprendizaje mutuo.
Además, tendrás la oportunidad de participar en actividades culturales, talleres locales y caminatas guiadas por la comunidad.
Tendrás un día de descanso a la semana, que no necesariamente serán el fin de semana. Se asigna según la disponibilidad del hostal.
En tu tiempo libre podrás disfrutar de las instalaciones del hostal y de las playas cercanas.
Si necesitamos ayuda en actividades diferentes a las de esta oferta, las asignaremos entre los voluntarios presentes.
Normas de convivencia y participación:
Respetar los horarios establecidos, el entorno natural y a todos los miembros de la comunidad.
Mantener la limpieza y el orden en las áreas comunes, habitaciones y baños asignados a voluntarios.
Lavar tu plato y utensilios después de cada comida.
Participar con actitud proactiva, mente abierta y disposición para colaborar.
No se permite el consumo de drogas, alucinógenos ni cigarrillo en ninguna área del hostal.
El consumo de alcohol está estrictamente prohibido durante los turnos.
No realizar tareas en conjunto con otras personas de la comunidad que no hagan parte del equipo de voluntariado o del staff del hostal.
Cuidar los recursos del hostal como si fueran propios.
Fomentar la convivencia pacífica, el respeto mutuo y el diálogo abierto.
