To be honest, I have to point out that Pilar is a very attentive, helpful and very flexible person when it comes to work and schedules; the place is very comfortable and quiet. Since I arrived I have had a very good relationship with her and with the place, so for me it has been an excellent experience. I would 100% recommend the place to all well-intentioned volunteers, to be part of her volunteer team. Al principio me sentí bien y Pilar fue abierta con los horarios, muy flexible y receptiva con el pasar de los días no hubo muy buena comunicación. Cumplió con el desayuno que era muy rico pero las instalaciones no son las publicadas en la app (son fotos de las el anfitrión de huéspedes, no de los voluntarios) también pienso que debe ser un espacio más apto ya que hay olor de los gatitos que tienen su espacio justo a lado. La ubicación está como a 30min del centro de Pucon caminando, consideren esto, ya que hay una sola bici disponible. Y es oscuro de noche. Si se mejoran estos puntos sería genial.

Fue lindo conocer Pucon. Nos fuimos antes de lo previsto. son pocas horas de trabajo y 3 días libres así que te da tiempo de recorrer. Pero solo hay una bici. Lo único que no era lo que esperaba fue el lugar, creo que los anfitriones deben publicar las fotos reales de donde estarán los voluntarios, algunos hacen videollamada. La anfitriona fue responsable con el desayuno ofrecido, sin embargo debería mejorar la comunicación y un poco más de respeto al llamar la atención ya que somos voluntarios y no empleados, hubo más una situación que a mi pareja y a mi nos incomodaron.
