I had an amazing time with Sita and her family. I felt safe, welcomed, part of the family and very comfortable. Everyday was memorable and happy, and I enjoyed my volunteering lots too!
The location is great, very close to the durbar square and easy to get to other places too. Shops are close by and easy to walk around.
I had a private room that was comfortable and cozy and every meal was so yummy, thank you for feeding me so well and having great conversations together I hope next time I visit I will see you all again.

What can I say? I had the most unique experience of any volunteer during the big protests againts the Nepali goverment. Sita and her family were super welcoming and very caring that nothing happend to me. Sita does great work with the kids and if you're looking to make a real impact and also explore Bhaktapur and Kathmandu I really think this is the place for you. My only recommendation is to bring ear plugs because of the dogs that bark at night. Wishing all the best to Sita and Sambir and their wonderful family, I cant thank you guys enough!!!😋🙏

I really enjoyed my stay there and felt welcomed by the family. For a few days I was visiting the kindergarten close by for a couple of hours - playing and talking with kids. In the early evening we had an the organization, were we helped the children with their homework or painted, if there were no homework. I shared good conversation and a lovely time with Sita, Sambir and their family and their two adorable kids! They provided me with my own room and delicious food! I can only recommend this opportunity and wish you good luck with your the organization project!

Sambir and Sita welcomed me as a member of their family. They are social, kind and open minded. I lived in their family's house with their 2 kids and Sita's parents. I had my own room which was very comfortable. The project is very clear, and the missions interesting. There were no children after-the organization when I stayed there because of religious celebrations. I helped with different task and I spent main of my time discovering and learning about people and the culture. I learnt more about the culture during these few days than during my full trip (almost 1month) in Nepal. I can recommend 100%.
