I had an amazing 4 weeks working at the hostel in the hostel. The bar and kitchen teams are so lovely and really supportive. Despite working on my own for half the time I was here, it was still so much fun and it meant I had my own room too. The accommodation is great, the food is amazing and there are so many perks. I would highly recommend this volunteering role to anyone wanting to spend time in the hostel and who is social and confident. I really liked the waitressing element and coming up with new games and ways to entertain the guests made me think on my feet and get creative! Thank you so much.

I had the best time at CatBa the hostel, I truly felt comfortable and welcome. Both Trung and the staff are really nice always open to helping you. The work was pretty fun and you got to meet lots of new people everyday. You don't start working till 6 which gives you plenty of time to explore what CatBa has to offer. It was a really good experience and I'm sure I'll be back someday!!!

I had an amazing experience volunteering here. The benefits are honestly some of the best I've seen: access to the breakfast bar, two meals from the menu every day, five drinks daily, pool access, laundry, really comfy bed and discounts on activities like the Lan Ha Bay boat tour (highlight of my trip). The work is easy and straightforward: serving tables, being social with guests, hosting games, and taking people to the pub at night. It's a great balance between work and fun. The staff are awesome, and Trung is a really cool boss who creates a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel, i made some friends for life! Trung really helps all of the volunteers and the tasks are really clear. the work is very easy and fun, sadly i had to leave early but i definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to volunteer in the hostel:)

The hostel catba was AMAZING! Trung is amazing as a boss and all the other staff are so welcoming and friendly. The volunteer room is cozy and the work is reallly fun! You meet TONS of people everyday . The perks are great with free meals , drinks and laundry! Definitely recommend 😘😘

Volenteres get great benifits working here, like 5 free drinks, 3 meals, free scooter, free laundary, discounts on activieties, also for Hijang loop. And a lot more benifits.
And the job is super easy, day time you have plenty of free time so you can go and explore all island!!! Deftinetly recomend people to volentere at this place. Hope to come back at this place at some day.
