Arrival was lovely from the start, and I met Nathan, the other volunteer, a great person. Then I met the full team who have been very pleasant and explained everything about how it works; it's exactly as they describe in their description and they keep to what was agreed, moreover they are flexible and with a nice energy. Max the receptionist is super clear and organized; he gives all the little details you need to enjoy the city. The hostel is clean, pretty and well located. My experience was good, I had no problems with anyone or anything. I enjoyed sharing with other volunteers, and with guests from other nationalities. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. Regarding washing clothes, I would have liked if a day was organized once a week so that the volunteers could wash, since someone asked and they told us yes, that they would notify us later, and they didn't notify, and I had to keep asking every now and then, and that was tedious. But apart from that, an experience I would repeat 🩵

Tuve una maravillosa experiencia en este hostal. Las instalaciones son acogedoras y limpias, y el ambiente es muy amigable. Los anfitriones son amables y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar, lo que realmente hizo que mi estancia fuera especial.
