One of the best experiences I've had as a volunteer ♡ Tha hostel it's just as amazing as the people who work there, and the vibe is also wonderful. The tasks were perfectly organized, the shifts were respected and I didn't have any issue in taking with the managers when I needed to change my schedule a bit. Respectful team and generally positive atmosphere. My main concern was organization and clarity. Lack of communication. Only a 10 days trial given.
The shift scheduled was different than agreed at the platform and i was also not given no locker or secure storage for belongings.
Good people overall, but I recommend having a backup plan.

The hostel was a very enjoyable experience from my first day and throughout my time here. Sofija, Sneža and Saif were so kind and welcoming to me and quickly helped me understand all the tasks required. The workload was not strenuous and the schedule was flexible if I required. The hostel is located very close to the city centre and other attractions which is perfect for exploring. Thank you Bojan for the opportunity to volunteer in this great hostel, looking forward to coming back soon.
