I had a great time volunteering at the hideaway cruise, the team is welcoming and friendly, the accommodation is really good and the bay is just surreal. The working hours weren't strictly defined but the job was very easy and genuinely fun to do, I had the chance of meeting a lot of new people from all over the world. Definitely an experience I would recommend!

The manager didn't speak to us at all, communication was just terrible as a whole. I was supposed to be there for three weeks and he sent me and the other volunteers off after the third day because he decided he didn't need as many workers anymore and just expected us to leave the next morning, without an apology or any assistance. Would not recommend at all.

The experience itself is really good. The work is fun, the staff is lovely and the benefits are amazing i didn't spend any money in three weeks. The location is also beautiful. The only issue was the communication with leo. He tried to make me and another volunteer work at buffolo hostel for a week which was not the volunteer we signed up for and the communication in general was so poor

Volunteering on this the boat was a very unique experience. The accommodation felt like that of a paying guest, with amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner included, plus free drinks and soft drinks. The staff was friendly—special shoutout to Kevin the bartender! Most of the time it didn't feel like work; we mainly socialized with guests, with simple tasks like setting and clearing tables. However, the host Leo struggled with communication about roles and expectations. The agreed schedule (5 days on, 2 off) wasn't respected, and one beach activity location was very polluted. Overall, it's a good!

The boat was my first ever volunteering experience and actually it couldn't be better. Met lots of people from all over the places as well as made a good friendships with the locals. The whole staff are really the best. Just be aware that lots of socialization and social energy is required to really enjoy your time there. Would recommend for sure🤟🏼

I truly had one of my best volunteering experiences here! The benefits are amazing great food, and the room feels just like a hotel. Be ready to be very social, as that's your main task here. The only thing that could be improved is having clearer definitions of the tasks and shifts.

I absolutely loved this volunteer experience, it was definitely my favorite one so far! The team is super kind, generous, and made me feel safe and welcome. I stayed for two months, but I'd recommend around three to four weeks to gully enjoy it without getting tired. The days can feel a bit similar and sometimes tiring since you stay up late and meet new people every day, but it's still such a fun and special time! Leo is really kind and helpful — I had a small accident on my day off, and he supported me the whole time. The tour guides are also really open fun to be around!!
