I loved this volunteer experience! From the moment I arrived Devraj and his lovely family welcomed me and me feel right at home. In exchange for helping with social media and website development, a small amount of housework/cleaning and volunteering with local NGO's in Kathmandu you receive a private room and delicious vegetarian home cooked Nepalese meals. Devraj is a knowledgeable tour guide and meditation teacher who was kind enough to teach me some new meditation techniques and helped me to organise onward trekking and a meditation course.
