Our house is a safe, welcoming, and empowering space for LGBTQIAPN+ people. Here, we promote culture, support, and the expansion of diversity and spirituality through hosting, actions, and events.
We are looking for people who want to contribute to caring for our space, who have a collaborative attitude and empathetic communication to carry out cleaning, domestic chores, and garden care.
25 hours of help per week
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
2 days off per week
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.
Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

A função principal dessa vaga é fazer a limpeza dos ambientes da casa, organização e preparo dos quartos, cuidados com o nosso quintal e jardim. Em alguns momentos pode apoiar com a recepção de hóspedes.
É importante que o aplicante seja flexível, pois poderá ser necessário cumprir com outras funções da casa (apoio em eventos, algum tipo de manutenção, etc), de acordo com a demanda e respeitado o tempo do voluntariado.
Nossos turnos são de 5h, 5x na semana, com 2 folgas.
Escalas elaboradas semanalmente, podendo cumprir turnos de manhã (9h as 14h) ou tarde (14h as 19h).
Hostel LGBTQIAP+, nenhum tipo de discriminação e desrespeito será tolerado, bem como importunações de qualquer tipo.
