It was my first volunteer job with worldpackers, I applied for a week and ended up staying a few more days. For those who like to live in contact with nature and to try sports like climbing and highline, this is the perfect position. The house is fully integrated into the surroundings, it was and is being built with contributions from volunteers and a lot of hard work and creativity from Bill. The schedules were flexible and the activities flowed according to the team's proactivity and energy, and we still had time to go on many beautiful excursions. I hope to return soon 🫶🏽

My experience on the project was very good. I was able to learn a bit about bees, bio-construction, and get to know two amazing sports. Bill is a super nice guy. Block and Júnior, the dogs are cute and affectionate. I highly recommend it!

A experiência foi incrível, tivemos sorte de estar em uma época boa para a coleta do mel que teve lições valiosas, conseguimos aproveitar muito a região, fizemos escalada e andamos no highline da casa. It was a very dynamic experience; I learned a lot about living in an environment with few resources, I connected with nature, and I practiced activities like highline and rock climbing, which were really awesome. The activities are diverse. Bill is very creative, and always tries to do something interesting for the place. Unfortunately I faced some hassles related to internet access, as I am a digital nomad and the signal often failed. Additionally, my body suffered from the dry climate of the area, so due to these setbacks I did not have a totally satisfactory experience.
