My experience with Peter and Jane at their lovely the farm was so so incredible. I was one of 7 other volunteers and we all had different tasks to do around the farm. Pete and Jane were very fair about how much we worked, never went over our 4 hours for the day and were incredibly generous with providing great food and utilities. Jane makes incredible food as well and was kind enough to offer some of her delicious food time to time. I specifically have a background in furniture making so Pete and I spend a lot of time together having fun in the workshop and learnt so much through our time.

My stay at the farm was everything I expected and more. Peter and Jane are both really nice people and I got to experience good times with the other volunteers that stayed during my time here. The work is diverse but nothing that can't be done with the right attitude!! I am really grateful for their understanding and flexibility according the days off and everything else. My experience in the farm was beautiful magical amazing, Jane and Peter are so sweet and kind, very good at hosting, they always made me feel welcome, Peter was very flexible with the free days and working hours, good communication, the 20 hours a week was respected, the tasks were not difficult, most of them were enjoyable specially walking their dog Toby, picking the eggs from the chickens and doing gardening. Jane makes the most delicious food and desserts and keep us very well fed. I made friends with other volunteers, and got to visit Paris almost every weekend.

I had an extraordinary time at le the farm de Bosgouet! Peter and Jane are both such lovely people and are immediately welcoming. I found the tasks to be really relaxing especially whilst you're immersed in the sound bath of birds and trees around the property. I felt listened to and Peter worked with us which I found both encouraging and collaborative, I wish nothing but the best for this beautiful plot and its people! If I am ever free to be a part of the team I will! Also Toby is the cutest little dog if you ever have the opportunity to be walked by the jug…just know I got her to do the 4k!

It was a wonderful experience. I learnt a lot, and had a wonderful time. I'll specially miss my walks with Toby and the bonding sessions we had. It's a beautiful place, and I really enjoyed writing in my quiet time, and learning about planting seasonal plants. I am grateful for the experience.
