My first volunteering trip completely exceeded my expectations. I mostly cleaned the kitchen and construction site and did weeding. It was challenging at first, but got easier with practice. I came to learn about spirituality and experience a different lifestyle, and both goals were fulfilled. Arunas introduced me to Indian spiritual knowledge and meditation, while everyone was willing to share their perspectives. I also enjoyed the lifestyle—just dancing, swimming, and chatting. The girls were so kind, giving me mint, essential oil and swimsuits. I'm truly grateful and hope to return!

An excellent experience in the eco village :) I learned a lot in those few days about sustainability, planting, spirituality and yoga. The place is beautiful and has great energy. The host Arunas is super attentive and good person. I recommend this experience in Lithuania to everyone.

tasty life, Vedic wisdom and joyful community are three pillars of my (very short) week here, where I had the chance to play like a kid, chant mantras like a monk and work on the field like a local! my favourite task by far was to remove the soil with help of Eka the great bull..! the kids are incredibly smart and playful, and if you are lucky to coincide with the dates to assist one of those saturday special events, you will not regret being there :)
I only wish there had been yoga activities, the rest, incredible! I'll be back 🙂‍↕️🌹

I had a wonderful time at the eco village. Arunas was a very kind and patient host, the people at the Village were also extremely kind, and the food was amazing. Every day we would have a different task, mostly construction, painting, and cleaning the farmhouse. It was a very educational experience for me, as I learned so much about Hare Krishna and even participated in some events and prayers. I highly recommend this volunteer experience to other open-minded travellers who really want a fun and interesting adventure in the eco village.

Had an amazing time in the eco village, Arunas, the host, is incredibly nice and always keen on helping out or explaining something about their way of life, the property is beautiful i stayed in the winter so everything was covered in snow. The work was a bit heavy but we could always compromise if there was a task that i could not fulfill. The food is also delicious. Sometimes they would ask us to help out with extra tasks like cleaning or babysitting, which we did with pleasure. Thank you for everything.

Had a really great time on this volunteer experience. The workload is super manageable, the accommodation is nice, and the food is amazing. Totally possible to live off of just two meals a day. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to broaden their horizons a little bit.

This was a very interesting experience! it was very cool to live in rural lithuania and learn about the hare krishna religion. since it was winter, there was less to do, so it is probably better to visit in the summer, but even in the winter it was super interesting!!

Great host and nice place on the eco village to take some time out. I learned a lot about their alternative way of living and had a great time perfecting my handicraft skills. Thanks for the adventure 🙌🏽

As a city person the lifestyle in this very tiny village was unfamiliar but perfect. Everyone was so kind and it just felt calming, living away from cities. Not boring though! Something happened every couple of days like a small festival, a birthday. You still have to be comfortable with doing nothing some times, as the remoteness just takes away the possibility to spontaneously visit a shopping centre. You can go swimming in a pond (quite cold), walk around the fields. And there is so much to learn about their religious world views and their way of life, that may be interesting for everyone.

The host and all the locals were very welcoming! The experience was amazing. The food even though it was vegetarian and I am not used to it, it was delicious and big portions! The tasks were not extreme, some required more physical activity but most of them were not difficult to do. The room was nice, the only downside was I didn't have internet, only in common areas such as the house next to me where we would usually go for lunch, and the signal in the village is poor. So expect less screen time, and more connecting with nature! Thank you for this lovely experience Arunas!
