It was a very enriching and interesting experience. I learned many things from both my fellow volunteers and Hendrik. The group was very international, which gave me the opportunity to meet people from different cultures and practise several languages. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always willing to support each other. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I will remember fondly

It is a lovely location to live and absolutely wonderful people to live with. Work is various and flexible. Hours are always respected. It may feel a little chaotic and disorganized which can create some awkward situations with work (I really appreciate clear communication and working with my instructors but there is a lot to do, a lot of people, and only one man running it all!) but they are working on it. There are no negatives. Super cool passion project. Excellent team.

I stayed for a month. the community is really cool and feels like a museum, and the whole property is beautiful. Although volunteers cannot enter the castle shown in the photos, the community has a great common area with a pool table, chess, and other games. The tasks are not very clearly defined, and volunteers are often told to walk around the property and find something to do. This means you need to be proactive and propose projects. The amount of food provided was insufficient for 12 volunteers during the first week, but the same amount was enough for 7–3 volunteers in the following weeks.

The experience was good, the place has a lot of green areas, there's a river where we could even do some kaiaking, the room I stayed was good and I stayed alone there, there is a little place where you can do some workouts, the work hours are flexible and respected, the volunteers team get along well, I think they can improve the Communication and the leadership in oder to improve the overall volunteer experience. Be aware about booking the bus from the train station to the place, it's better booking at least one day in advance, otherwise you will need to hitchike ( which is not hard)

This volunteering was a truly special experience. I learned new skills, practiced my English, and created beautiful connections with other volunteers. The place is calm and pleasant, and Hendrik, the host, is very kind and open to communication, which made everything flow naturally. The schedules were always respected, and tasks varied depending on the needs, keeping the work dynamic and enriching. I highly recommend it, especially if you want to contribute and connect with people from different cultures.

I spent a month and a half here and it was one of the most peaceful times of my life. I learned new things, met great people, and really enjoyed painting, which felt like therapy. The work was easy, schedules respected, and I had plenty of time to explore nearby towns by bike. The food was good, with fresh vegetables from the garden, and Hendrick was always friendly and helpful. Having my own space was something I truly appreciated.

It was a good experience and in the countryside, if you're looking for calm and disconnection it's a good place, the schedules were flexible and we connected with the volunteers, removing the Co-houser who wanted to send the volunteers, otherwise everything was fine

A place with a lot of nature, it's really beautiful if you're looking for a bit of tranquility.
It provides all basic meals, the schedules and the days are flexible, and the tasks aren’t difficult.
Perhaps they should improve that the people who live there don't eat the volunteers' food and that they don't want to be superior by telling us what to do, since it's not their responsibility.
Other than that, everything was fine; I connected with many of the volunteers and they gave me very lovely moments 🫶🏻

The host is a very polite person, and so is Great, the coordinator. This place doesn’t have heating in all the rooms, nor a bathroom equipped for women. Apart from that, there are many activities to do, and it’s nice to feel free to do them, always informing Great. I had a situation that made me leave earlier than planned, but I think the experience itself made me a person more grateful for what Mother Earth gives us; being away from home is always an adventure, and it was bearable thanks to some people like Tony, Frank, Emiliano, and Rony.
