My experience at this place was very good. The amazing views and taking care of the animals allow you to take a break from the city. The accommodation is good—not luxurious, but very comfortable.

The host is someone who helps you with anything you need and is very understanding. He encouraged us to improve our language skills, and I really appreciated that. His family is also very warm and welcoming.

It's been a great experience. I have improved a lot in English since I arrived. The family is really wonderful. Kilian is very attentive and always wants the best for us. Since the first day, I have felt very good and comfortable here. He does everything to make us happy and to make sure we have a great stay. Thank you again for everything.

A lovely first Worldpackers experience. They say the people make the place, and that sentiment couldn't be more true at the project Farm. Above everything, I will miss the family, volunteers, and locals (and pigs!) dearly. The shed quickly became home, and the work was freeing and quite satisfying. Even though the weather was rarely ever an ally, I am glad to have come here and incredibly grateful for the experience. Much love <3

I had a great time at the project. I learnt to use some machinery, and finishing tasks was rewarding. Work hours are reasonable, leaving enough time to rest. Working here with the wide-open views of the towns and the sea is very peaceful. I also enjoyed spending time with the pigs and getting to know them better. Accommodation is comfortable with a private room and a warm common area. Kilian is a very approachable and easy-going host. His family is so welcoming, and I loved the positive atmosphere they create. I'll always cherish the time I spent on this farm. Thank you!

Overall, it was a great experience. I was there during the winter months, so it can get quite chilly, but aside from that I was positively surprised and had a wonderful time. The working hours and tasks are fair, and everyone made me feel very welcome :)

Kilian and Becky are absolutely amazing hosts who truly care about their packers experience. They really want to ensure that their packers get to see and do the things they want while in Ireland. They do their best to ensure their packers always have what they need. Even when the works is laborious they never try to push too hard. They are more than willing to help make arrangements so packers go and explore away from the farm. I was invited into a weekday custom of having morning tea with some of the locals on weekdays. Those morning teas became one of the highlights of my stay.

I had a wonderful stay with Killian on their beautiful farm in the hills with an incredible view! We worked from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and then from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., five days a week, which left the weekends free to explore the area. The work was always well explained and varied: building a shed, gardening, caring for animals... I was lucky enough to be there when 10 baby pigs arrived, and I loved spending time with them. Killian is always very kind, grateful, and attentive. You immediately feel comfortable and appreciated for the work you do. Thanks again to him (and Becky and their daughters)

Everything was very good, but you need to bring warm clothes to sleep during the colder months.
