Thank you again for your welcome. I was fortunate because I spent one week with Azira and I was not going as well as usual that time, they gave me space, a big room and time for my thoughts. I went to the school to meet students, talk to them in english, make a self-massage workshops and work a bit in the library. I am really thankful for the opportunity, InchaAllah we will meet again when good time comes ^^

I had an amazing time with my host and his family! They made me feel very welcome from the beginning and gave me the chance to experience their culture in a very authentic way. They were always kind, friendly, and happy to share their way of life with me. Most of the time, we stayed at the cabin, which is located in a quiet rural area surrounded by nature. We created new garden beds, repaired fences, built a wall with cement, moved the chicken coop, and did various other gardening and maintenance tasks. I really enjoyed working together and learning new skills.

My experience was great! Amran and his family were incredibly kind, welcoming, and fun to talk to and play games with. Amran was excited to share his culture with which was great to learn about. The work is a nice way to get in touch with nature and stays within the mentioned amount of time but bring bug spray. In all, a great experience that I highly recommend!

I had a great time staying with Amran and his family. Learnt a lot about Malaysia and the culture and there everyday lives aswell as the food which was always very good whether it was something they made for me at home or the meals that we went out for. The farm was also good amount of work and stayed within the hours mentioned. Overall a very good experience and was very nice to meet Amran and his family.

I had a great time with Amran and his family, they were very friendly and hospitable, I had a spacious and comfortable private room and internet available, I tasted many local dishes at home and sometimes abroad, we had a great time. I helped Amran on his farm and learned a lot about farming and the local culture, and we did some activities, meeting with neighbors at the mosque and eating with them, and trying coconut juice directly from the tree. Had a great time helping develop Amran's land involving outdoor work like digging terraces and setting up fencing, which was a good workout in the heat! Amran is a super friendly and welcoming host. I stayed in a spacious, comfy room in his family home and enjoyed lots of local food, both home-cooked and out. Learned a lot about farming, Malaysian culture, and Islamic life. Great for anyone wanting to experience malaysia and connect with a kind local family. We played football and badminton in the evening too. Be prepared for mosquitos and stay hydrated!

I spent a pleasant week with Amran's family. I was very warmly welcomed within the Muslim community, which consists of very open-minded and enthusiastic people who enjoy sharing their culture. Azira (sorry, I’m not sure about the spelling) prepared delicious dishes for me, and I was comfortably settled in the spacious room they had reserved for me. Thank you!
