I had a very positive experience with Pim. I didn't have the teaching experience I expected, as the children were away on a trip. However, this wasn't the host's responsibility, and the experience was equally interesting in a different way. I taught one 13-year-old girl and had the opportunity to discover Ayutthaya with Pim, who helped with transportation and shared information about the city, temples and museums. The accommodation was also reasonably priced. I recommend it for anyone looking for a short, flexible stay and interested in Ayutthaya and Buddhist culture.

I stayed with Pim 5 days. The place is outside the home , so it gives you the opportunity to connect with the local culture.
We went to Ayutthaya toguether and I walked with her on the mornings.
She is a really kind person with an open heart, i really apreciatte the oportunity to be with her.

Pim is a warm and helpful person who made me feel relaxed and comfortable during my stay. We had many meaningful conversations about Buddhism, meditation, healing, and life. She even took me to a local temple to answer my questions about life. I'm truly grateful for everything. She's also dedicated to helping local children learn English. Every journey comes to an end, but I'm glad our paths crossed.

My experience with Pim was very important to me. She was very welcoming and caring, always making sure that I was comfortable and doing well. The children are wonderful, and I was also able to observe Pim doing her work as a nun, which was very special.
She also took me to visit Ayutthaya, where I was able to learn a bit more about the local history (and about her family as well).

It has been an amazing experience staying with Pim. She is such a caring and giving person with a beautiful heart and soul. It has been a wonderful opportunity to spend time with a female monk and learn about Dhamma and meditation. I even had the privilege to go on an early morning walk with Pim as she did her alms round. Pim also took us to visit the temples in Ayutthaya and to the Thai National Memorial Museum where she gave us a history lesson on Thailand's great kings. Finally, but not least, teaching the kids English was fun and relaxed. I would definitely recommend staying with Pim.

I really enjoyed getting this experience. I learned so much about Thailand's culture and history as well as a ton about Buddhism and the practice of meditation. As a yoga teacher & someone who typically leads meditations, it was lovely to get this perspective from a female monk, Pim. I didn't even know female monks existed before this experience & I had the opportunity to stay with, share faith, cultural experience & meditation with her 1-3x/day. Pim was welcoming, very knowledgeable and very open to sharing her story. Spending time with and teaching the kids was also a nice experience.

Pim is a warm and friendly person who is making a huge impact with her organization. I taught English for 2 days and the work was extremely fulfilling. Volunteering at Romruen Green Village Park and truly an experience that I will will carry with me.
The teaching was light and yet immersive. I had the privilege to share Conversational English Speaking with learners of all ages, each with different confidence and ability. It reminded me that volunteering isn’t about perfection, it is truly about be present and adapting to the needs. This experience was enriching.
I am deeply grateful to our Host Pim Her humility and simple way of way. She is attentive and caring. We are fortunate to have met her and contributed back to the society.

It was my first Worldpacker experience and I did not know what to expect beforehand, so there were no real expectations prior to my stay. But I liked it a lot and would recommend coming here to everyone if you want to learn more about Thai culture and meditation and monk life. Although I wanted to help with social media work, we decided on me doing something else but I had no problem with that at all. I learned to teach english to children and it was a nice experience as well. Pim is a wonderful and good hearted person and made my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for everything!
