I'm leaving with a bittersweet feeling. The island is beautiful and hours are flexible, but this comes from poor organization and lack of professionalism. I often had my free day moved to the next week and never had the last one. Sometimes I only had two meals due to kitchen chaos, and food variety was minimal—scrambled eggs twice a day while better food was “for guests.” Ángel was kind but major organizational changes are needed. Power cuts were constant, my room had no light for a month, and nature's animals are common. I wouldn't repeat, though I’m grateful for knowing the island and diving

The hotel is located on an enchanting island full of animals and friendly people; the islet is small and very quiet. I highly recommend it if you want to disconnect and calm. The sea is beautiful and always at your disposal, and it's exactly what I was looking for in my first volunteering. Angel and Monica made me feel welcome from the first moment; they were very kind and understanding, which I am immensely grateful for. The working hours are always respected and the food is super tasty. I leave with a wonderful memory of this island and my time there.

The experience at the hotel was very nice. The island is beautiful and well worth getting to know. One positive thing is that the schedules are kept. Overall, I recommend the experience.

My first volunteering experience was amazing. A beautiful place where you can admire a lot of fauna and flora on the island. I was very happy to see so many little animals. After the agreed working hours I could practice several island activities without limitations. My hosts Angel and Moni were very kind to me and we formed a very nice connection. The tasks were basic around the hotel and we helped each other as needed. I’m taking away a very beautiful experience with a desire to keep volunteering.

Ángel and Mónica have made me feel welcomed from my very first day and at home. The island is a paradise in the Caribbean, and I was able to do many activities such as Pádel, Snorkel, Plantom, and surfboards.
I want to highlight that my schedules were flexible and the communication was always clear and direct; thank you for the experience, I am in love with this place ♥️

The experience was very good. It is one of the most beautiful places I have seen (Isla Marina is much quieter and cleaner than Isla Grande). Diving among the coral reefs is literally right outside the room's door. Ángel was a great host. He provided everything he promised us (food, a room...). He is an open person with whom it is easy to get along. I highly recommend it. Best regards, Ángel and Monika!

This was my first volunteering experience, where I felt at home. It was an amazing place to connect with myself, with nature, and, without a doubt, to internalize it. Angel is a very attentive host, attentive to the suggestions, needs, and requests of the volunteers. I learned a lot about the local culture, psychology, and respect for caring for the environment. I visited incredible places and shared experiences with new tourists and volunteers. I recommend this place if you want to disconnect and internalize it; the island is very small and its inhabitants are very kind.

The island is beautiful and you can enjoy activities such as snorkeling, paddleboarding, and scuba diving, which I took advantage of and am grateful for. Nevertheless, the volunteer program has many aspects that need improvement. At first there was a lot of disorder with the distribution of working hours, and in general I consider that the tasks were excessive, since practically all of the hotel's cleaning falls on the volunteers. Ángel was kind and flexible, and I think Mónica should improve communication with the volunteers. There is a need for better organization of the volunteer program. They have two WP profiles, which I consider incorrect.

The island and the activities are beautiful; the sea and the views make the experience worthwhile. However, volunteering has aspects to improve. A large part of the operation depends on the volunteers, and the distribution of tasks was not always balanced. Additionally, some comments and the management of issues related to food and amenities generated an uncomfortable atmosphere. With better organization and more professional communication, the experience could improve significantly.

The personal experience was nice because I did activities I had never done in my life, I felt free and it was wonderful to live by the sea for a month. Angel is a good person, he's cheerful and it's easy to trust him, but what left me with a bitter taste was Monica at first she was okay, but later she limited me from doing things I wanted to do and on one occasion she spoke to me harshly; I hope that improves that attitude with the volunteers and with Mrs. Alba in the kitchen.
