Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
2 days off per week
Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Green Fields Festival Kenya (GFK) is a growing creative community built around art, music, nature, play, and human connection. We’re creating a space where people can step away from everyday routines, explore their creativity, meet new people, and share experiences in an open, welcoming environment.
Our festival is growing one experience at a time. Through smaller gatherings called **breakouts**, we experiment with new ideas, bring creatives together, and build towards a bigger festival season. These experiences can include music, creative workshops, games, outdoor activities, shared picnics, camping, and opportunities to discover the beauty of the surrounding area.
We’re looking for curious, proactive volunteers who would love to be part of building this vision with us. Depending on your skills and interests, you could help with event promotion, social media, photography, videography, content creation, community engagement, event preparation, or supporting activities during our gatherings.
This is a collaborative experience. You’ll have the opportunity to share your own ideas, contribute your skills, learn from others, and see what it takes to grow a creative project from the ground up. We value people who take initiative, work well with others, adapt when plans change, and are willing to get involved rather than simply observe.
Our philosophy is simple: **you don’t have to participate to belong.** We want to create experiences where different people can find their place, whether they come to make something, play something, enjoy the music, explore nature, or simply spend time with others.

## Activities
Help build Green Fields Festival Kenya through creative event preparation, DIY projects, setting up activity spaces, supporting games and workshops, social media promotion, photography, videography, content creation, and brainstorming future **breakouts**. Tasks will be adapted to your skills and interests, with opportunities to share ideas and help grow our creative community.
Shifts
Approximately 20 hours per week, with two days off. Shifts are flexible and agreed upon in advance, covering creative preparation, marketing, content creation, and event support. During breakouts, hours may shift towards setup and activities. Schedules will be coordinated with the team, respecting agreed working hours.
