What a gem of a place! I really enjoyed my time there and am so grateful for Miro's kindness. Unfortunately, I had to leave a little earlier due to an illness, but Miro was incredibly flexible and went out of his way to help me find what I needed. I'll be forever grateful! The tasks themselves were also quite simple and honestly didn't take much time to complete. I would definitely recommend it!

This was a fantastic first volunteering experience at Worldpackers! Miro is a kind and respectful host who always wants to make sure you have a great time in Montenegro! The work was easy and only took a couple of hours each day. Miro always encouraged us volunteers to not just stay in the hostel and actually get out and explore, so we constantly had time to do fun things and learn about the country! I hope I get to visit Montenegro and Miro again! :)

One of my favourite experiences on worldpackers! I loved the city, the host and the work was absolutely perfect and exactly as described if not even easier with more free time. We ended up collaborating on a mural and i spent most of my time free to explore podgorica and interacting with lovely guests. its a small hostel but that was perfect for me, and although podgorica is a small city i found it so pretty and super interesting! i cant wait to return :)

Miro is an amazing host. I've never met someone like him. He is very kind, respectful, and truly loves his hostel. He is always nice to both volunteers and guests, and ready to help in any emergency situation. He always made sure we had enough food, free time, and never forgot to remind us to travel around. He gave us lots of tips on how to save money during our travels and discover local places. He always appreciated our different ideas and helped us bring them to life. I cannot imagine a better first volunteering experience with Worldpackers.

I couln't have wished for a better experience. Miro is like a second family, and so are the other volunteers. Even though we moved back to the original hostel (Hostel Travel Break) in Podgorica, we got it done so fast. Never felt like work at all, i am coming back for sure. My time volunteering at the guest house was incredible and everything I hoped for and more. First of all the town and the beaches are so beautiful and the work was easy and straightforward, but most importantly Miró created a welcoming, safe, enjoyable, relaxing and fun environment for me, he always made sure I had food, water and took me to places to see and treated me like family, he is the most kind, respectful, positive and generous person. This trip was everything I had hoped for and more. Firstly, the hostel was cozy, the working hours were reasonable, the job was simple, and I met so many amazing people while staying here. But, secondly, the host is the reason this hostel will always hold a special place in my heart. Miro is caring, fun, outgoing, and adaptable. Not only did we have an excellent tour guide, but party nights would be incomplete without Miro and his red speaker. My friend and I felt understood and cared for! :) The hostel is close to a train/bus station, so it was simple to the hostel to nearby towns and explore.
