Welcome to The Backside House, a women-only hostel just steps from Tamarindo Beach. We're looking for a creative volunteer to help us grow our online presence through photography, video, social media, digital marketing, and guest communication. You'll become part of a small, friendly team while enjoying the surf lifestyle and making a real impact on our project.
Volunteers make a USD $20 daily contribution to support the program and the maintenance of our shared facilities and equipment. This includes accommodation, unlimited coffee, unlimited use of our surfboards, bicycles, surf skates, workout area, Wi-Fi, and all shared hostel spaces throughout your stay
You'll work 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Your main tasks include creating photo and video content, managing social media, designing digital marketing materials, communicating with guests, and helping improve our online presence. Depending on guest arrivals and departures, you'll also assist with check-ins and check-outs. We value creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.
Minimum stay: 4 weeks.
