We have a breakfast shift which is basically about putting out the hostel breakfast and keeping the trays full and the kitchen tidy.
Cleaning shift starts before guests check out and runs till check in starts, sometime if we have enough helpers there is an evening maintenance shift which is just for support and help for reception.
