Welcome to our hostel in the historic Phra Nakhon neighborhood of Bangkok! As the heart of our operations, our Housekeeping & Reception Volunteers are essential to keeping our space spotless, cozy, and welcoming for travelers from around the world.
What We Are Looking For:
This position is tailored for individuals with actual experience in the hospitality sector (hotels, hostels, or professional cleaning). We are not looking for people who just want a free bed—we need team members who understand hotel-quality room turnover, high standards of cleanliness, professional bed-making skills, and warm guest management.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
High-Standard Housekeeping: Make beds to hotel standards, clean and reset dorms/private rooms, refresh common areas, and maintain high hygiene standards across all facilities.
Reception & Guest Care: Greet arriving guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, offer local Bangkok recommendations, and answer guest inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
Early Check-in Support: Warmly receive guests arriving before 2:00 PM, explain check-in policies, store their luggage, and invite them to relax in our café until their room is ready.
Space Harmony: Ensure common areas and guest spaces always look neat, fresh, and welcoming throughout your shift.
Shift & Schedule:
Days: Monday to Saturday.
Day Off: Sunday OFF for everyone! (All staff and volunteers rest together on Sundays).
Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4 active working hours)

Prior Hospitality Experience Required: Only apply if you have previous experience in hostel/hotel housekeeping, cleaning, or front desk roles. We need people who know how to work efficiently from day one.
Attention to Detail & Standards: Cleanliness is our top priority. Beds must be made neatly, and spaces must meet our high hygiene standards.
Personal Appearance & Hygiene (Indispensable): Maintain excellent personal hygiene and a clean, fresh presentation during your shift. Comfortable, neat attire is required.
Punctuality & Communication: Arrive promptly for your 8:00 AM shift and maintain active, open communication with the team.
