The manager, Erchim was great. He was there to help when I needed it and got me any supplies I needed to do my job. I have no complaints about the work requirements or hours. The hostel itself is in DESPERATE need of repairs and the owner doesn't seem too concerned with fixing the numerous problems contributing to its failing condition. My dorm was filthy (until I painted and cleaned the whole thing) and had CRAZY leaks when it rained. I got numerous bites from mites from the mattresses. I had to leave early because sleeping there was no longer an option. I would not recommend this place.

The hostel makes you connect with everything near here; Rigel is attentive, Dani always at your service, delighted to live here, my first volunteer experience.

I deeply appreciate the opportunity to have been part of this volunteering experience. It was a transformative experience that allowed me to learn, share, and grow alongside incredible people. I take away valuable lessons, unique moments, and the satisfaction of having contributed, even if only a little, to a cause that is worth it. Special thanks to Dany and Isa who made this experience more enjoyable.

I expected more from this volunteering program. I connected incredibly well with the other volunteers, which made my stay more pleasant. But I can't say the same about the accommodation and the people in charge. The place is in terrible condition, it needs a lot of maintenance, it's very dirty, the safety at the site is terrible as anyone could enter, and the volunteers' room had no protection other than a door with no handle; I worried about my belongings since even guests had their possessions stolen. Communication and empathy are also something this place lacks.

The hostel lacks a lot of maintenance and attention; many times there were shortages of services such as water and electricity, and the beds are quite uncomfortable. Despite that, the tasks to be done are simple, nothing too demanding. I want to highlight from my experience the wonderful people I met, they accompanied me and supported me during my stay, thank you!
