Our second time collecting olives for Kristin and Mark, it was very good to see them again, we participated in the gardening fair where we helped Kristin a little with her potterys. We also built a mini studio for her to be able to photograph her pieces. Big hug and see you soon!

This was our second time volunteering with Kristin, and as always, it was the best volunteering experience we've ever had. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am very happy I chose to spend two weeks at the farm. Mark and Kristin are amazing hosts: kind, friendly, generous, and easygoing. The work was not too hard and lots of fun: I helped with the maintenance of their front yard, trimmed trees and plants, painted doors, and did some plastering on the walls in the pottery studio. Kristin is a wonderful teacher: clear, patient, and hardworking. I was fortunate enough to participate in a spring market and even take some pottery lessons. I definitely recommend this experience to fellow Worldpackers. I am sure I will come back!

We had such a nice time with Kristin and Mark at the farm! The work was manageable, varied and fun and hours were respected. The apartment was amazing with a full kitchen, bathroom, lounge and washing facilities to ourselves. Communication with the host was great, Kristin was incredibly relaxed and easy to talk to. The house is close enough to a lot of big towns and to the coast so easy to get around and see things during time off. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience and I highly recommend it!

This was my first woldpackers trip and I was originally quite nervous but Kristen immediately set me at ease. She is an absolutely fantastic host, welcoming and knowledgeable and the land and accomodation is really beautiful. She was also very willing to spend time showing me around the area which I really appreciated. I found the work very enjoyable too, there's a really good mix and Kristen talks you through everything very clearly, which was very helpful as I personally don't have the most experience! I couldn't recommend this experience more. I feel very lucky to have been 🫶

My experience with Mark and Kristin was simply wonderful! From the very first moment, they welcomed us with so much kindness that I immediately felt at home. The accommodation was amazing, comfortable, well cared for, and full of good vibes. Our work was olive picking, and what made it truly special was the total freedom we had no pressure, no strict schedules, just trust and good energy. Mark and Kristin have such big hearts and genuinely care about their volunteers. It was a time full of great talks, laughter, and learning. I'm really grateful for this experience!!!

Staying with Kristin and Mark was such a beautiful experience! We helped with the olive harvest, and it was so inspiring to hear their stories about moving to Portugal to build a new life — just like us. The accommodation was really good! They're both so kind and fun; we shared lovely meals, great conversations, and truly felt like family. It was also really nice to learn a bit about pottery. I'm leaving feeling really grateful for this experience. 🌿✨ Skittles ❤️
