At Bob Marley Beach Hostel, located on the beautiful Mendihuaca Beach, near Tayrona Park in Santa Marta, we are looking for a volunteer to support the bar activities and provide an excellent experience for our guests.
Main duties:
Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other drinks.

At Bob Marley Beach Hostel we offer a unique experience between the sea and the river, with a relaxed atmosphere, good vibes and a connection with nature. Our volunteer program focuses on sharing, learning and enjoying while collaborating with the hostel team on simple tasks, especially in the bar. Ideal for sociable travelers who love the beach.
Volunteers mainly help in the bar: basic cocktail preparation, assisting guests, keeping the area organized and upbeat. Occasionally there is light cleaning tasks in common areas. Shifts are 5 hours daily, 6 days a week, with days off to enjoy the beach, the river and the area.
Maintain a positive and responsible attitude during shifts. Do not consume alcohol during the help schedule. Respect the common spaces and rest hours. Good vibes are essential: we aim to share, not only to work. Participation in hostel events or activities is welcome.
