Program Details
Come and join our small community project in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, where we work together to improve a daycare and learning space for orphaned and vulnerable children. We are looking for open-minded volunteers who would enjoy being part of daily life while helping with simple school repairs such as painting classrooms, fixing furniture, organizing materials, and supporting donations like clothes, books, and school supplies.
You’ll help around 4–5 hours a day, leaving plenty of time to relax, connect with locals, and explore nearby beaches and culture. No special skills are needed—just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in cultural exchange.
In return, you’ll experience Tanzanian life, share skills, and make a real difference in creating a better environment for the children.

- Light gardening or outdoor maintenance when needed
Daily Shifts: • 4–5 hours per day
