My stay with Igor and his Staff was a great experience!! The hostel was super clean and organized and the location couldn't be better. The breakfast is very delicious and even after a month I didn't get tired of it. The entire staff is super lovely and the atmosphere is very familiar. The working hours were clear right from the start so I could plan with them perfectly. The work itself is most of the time very relaxed and there is enough time for some fofoca with the colleagues, practice Portuguese with them or even teach them some english :D

Between arrivals and departures, the hostel has become a pause and a presence. A beautiful, light, and well-kept place, but above all, full of soul. Igor, with his calm attention, creates a space where we can simply be. Everything is extremely clean and organized, great location and the breakfast is excellent!
Now Cris, Kay, Dinha, Pedro and Sandra and everyone from the restaurant are wonderful!
Igor is a warm and attentive host!
I was lucky to meet a guest who came to stay a few days and ended up liking staying longer, and in the end we became friends!

My first experience at this hostel was the best part of the start of 2026; you learn a lot of Portuguese and the tasks are good for learning in a dynamic environment; it should be noted that the schedules are rotating.
In the afternoon shift Cris is there; she made my days warmer, you learn a lot with her, if you have any doubts she is there to explain everything.
At night Dinha is there; the treatment is cordial but she leaves you alone.
Igor, the owner of the hostel, is the best boss; you can talk to him about whatever you need or require.
Just a big thank you to Lofts, which was my home for a month.

The hostel was very clean, organized, and beautiful, but I missed interaction. Itâs not in season, so there werenât many guests and no other volunteers. Igor, the host, provided all the support I needed, but he isnât very present either. But overall it was a good experience :)
