In the digital era, the establishment lacks computer equipment for the reception position, the facilities are very poorly maintained, most of the tasks I had to take on were maintenance work, which is why the schedules are poorly organized and there is a lack of administration.

The Hostel is located near the region's main attraction (Parque Tayrona); however, if you want to do other activities, it is a bit far. The owners are kind and their daughter Laura is very receptive and empathetic with the volunteer. I listen to my concerns. The tasks were carried out to the letter. Only at reception. The schedules were disorganized; they did not notify in advance what your schedule was, which made it difficult to organize activities outside of working hours 🥴. It is advisable to find this out in advance since it can influence the experience itself.

The place is super nice and calm while you work you see monkeys, birds and squirrels. Also it's close to beaches and rivers, the work is fairly simple and the shifts are in the morning or afternoon, which was great because I could enjoy and explore the area, Mrs. Luz and Rigoberto are very kind people, they make you feel like family, always willing to help you and they guide you on places to visit. Don't hesitate to choose them for your volunteering. Thank you very much for EVERYTHING, the hostel!!!! I'll be back 🫶🏼🥥 I will carry Max, Lucas and Ágatha in my heart 🐶🐶🐱❤️
