Program Details

Tierradentro is a rural space for conservation and environmental education. Our project aims to create a refuge for pollinators and biodiversity, where native bees, butterflies, moths, birds and many other species find food and habitat in restored landscapes.

We work on three main fronts:

- Ecological conservation and restoration with an emphasis on pollinators.
- Environmental education through experiences, workshops and nature events.
- Agroecological production, especially honey and farm coffee, which economically sustain the project.

Currently we seek to strengthen the project's visual identity and graphic narrative, so we open this vacancy.

Ideal profile:
We are looking for a person who:

- Has training in graphic design.
- Masters tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or others.
- Has interest in nature or sustainability projects.
- Enjoys building coherent visual identities.
- Is proactive and with good aesthetic judgment.

We offer:
- Experience collaborating on a conservation project.
- Accommodation in a unique natural environment, surrounded by mountains and coffee plantations.
- Full meals
- Cultural exchange and learning in bioconstruction, agriculture, meliponiculture and conservation.
- Possibility to participate in field activities such as apiary visit, butterfly monitoring, native bees, coffee cultivation, composting and vegetable garden.
- A space for your creative ideas to have a real impact on conservation.
- Possibility to strengthen professional portfolio.

A unique experience for those seeking to contribute with their hands, to learn from rural life and to live more in harmony with nature. We will be happy to welcome you, share, cook and learn mutually!
