It was an amazing experience. I felt welcomed and supported from day one. Both the owners and the manager are very willing, and the atmosphere at the hostel is really good. The facilities are also comfortable and complete.
I learned a lot, I made friends, and I am leaving with memories that I will carry with me forever.

Doing this volunteering was an incredible experience, and even more so since it was the first time I participated in something like this. It really changed my perspective on many things and I’m taking away very nice memories! The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and from the first moment they made me feel very comfortable. The coordinators are really cool and always willing to help and to make sure you’re doing well. They even lent you the bike, the kayak, and the board, which makes it easier to enjoy your free time. The tasks were simple and clear, and the overall atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. ❤️

I would have liked there to be more genuine support, as well as a warmer welcome. At times, I felt a bit left out. Also, it seems to me that they sometimes ask too much of the volunteers. They could consider having a staff member (employee) always at the hostel, so not everything falls on the volunteers.
Beyond that, the facilities are very nice. The staff wing could use a little more love, but it's okay.

My experience at the hostel was much better than I imagined; I arrived with no expectations, and life and the place surprised me and embraced me in ways I could not imagine. Living in the middle of the mountains, with the possibility of learning to snowboard, with the tranquility that the hill and the house provide, my heartfelt thanks to Javi, Guido, and Consu, who helped me a lot and accompanied me during my stay in Bari. I hope I can return and live the tranquility I experienced during this time; it was all I needed <3 Thank you!!!
