Activities & Shift
Commitment is 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. The schedule will be flexible, adapting to the family's needs (it could be in the morning, in the afternoon or split). It is also recommended to combine several days off to go on short trips around Tierra del Fuego.
The rest of the time is free to explore the Estancia, enjoy nature, or rest. You will become fully integrated into rural life, sharing our customs and daily life. There will also be more people doing temporary field work, which you can also participate in if you want.

Safety and well-being of our children are our priority, so these rules are essential:

Safety First: Under no circumstances should children be left unattended. Their safety is your primary responsibility during your shift.
No Shouting: We foster an environment of patience and positive communication. Shouting or any form of physical punishment is not allowed.
Phones and Smoking: We ask you to refrain from using your personal phone (unless it's an emergency or you use it to play music) while you are in charge of the children. In addition, smoking or consuming alcohol/drugs in the presence of our children or during working hours is strictly prohibited.
Inform about Outings: If you plan to take the children to another part of the Estancia or outside of it, you must consult with us first.
General Conduct Rules
Punctuality: It is vital to be punctual when starting your shift, as we coordinate our schedule with yours.
