We're looking for friendly volunteers to join the team at our hostel in Cerro Barón, just steps from the viewpoint and with an amazing view of Valparaíso Bay.
The idea is that you support us with simple reception tasks, light cleaning, and guest assistance.

25 hours of help per week
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

2 days off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

En nuestro hostal creemos en el intercambio cultural como motor de crecimiento personal y colectivo. Por eso ofrecemos a los voluntarios un espacio donde puedan aportar con su energía y al mismo tiempo disfrutar de la experiencia de vivir en Valparaíso, una ciudad bohemia, llena de historia, murales y vida nocturna.
El acuerdo es simple: tú nos apoyas en tareas clave para que el hostal funcione de forma fluida y agradable, y nosotros te damos alojamiento, un ambiente cálido y la posibilidad de convivir con viajeros de todo el mundo.
Las actividades principales son:
Recepción y atención al huésped: check-in, check-out, responder dudas básicas.
Apoyo en limpieza ligera: camas, baños compartidos, cocina y áreas comunes (trabajo en equipo, no es pesado).
Ambiente social: compartir con los viajeros, mantener la vibra positiva del hostal y ayudar a que todos se sientan cómodos.
Los turnos son rotativos entre mañana, tarde y a veces noche. Siempre organizamos un calendario con anticipación para que sepas tus horarios y planifiques tu tiempo libre.
Respetar los turnos y ser puntual.
Mantener una actitud positiva y de respeto hacia huéspedes, compañeros y staff.
No está permitido consumir alcohol o drogas durante el turno.
Respeto a los espacios comunes: los voluntarios también son responsables de mantener ordenada su habitación.
Avisar con anticipación cualquier inconveniente para poder reorganizar el trabajo.
