My experience in the hostel was great! The location of this hostel is really nice to explore arequipa. And also it is chill and small, which I liked☺️ I stayed in a private room, and there was a small kitchen only for the volunteers, so I could cook. All the tasks were simple (reception and a bit of cleaning), and even when I made mistakes, Max always helped me and kindly explained everything again. He also adjusted my shift to the afternoon because I have a fixed plan every morning. And whenever I wanted to visit places that were a bit far, I could always talk to Max and sort it out😊

Well, to be honest my experience at the hostel was excellent, one of the best volunteering experiences I've been part of. The place is central, you have everything nearby, plus it's comfortable; cozy. You really feel at home. Elliot and Claudia are extremely kind, respectful and considerate. The schedules are flexible; that allows you to organize to be able to carry out the activities you want to do. Something extremely important to mention is that volunteering is with a private room!! Which adds a lot to the experience. Without further to say, I highly recommend!! Thank you very much 🫂

It has been my first volunteer experience and definitely the best place to start. We arrived a week early, and the fellow volunteers welcomed us with a lot of warmth. We met amazing people and connected right away. The hosts were very kind and also gave us a great welcome. Thank you, Eliot and Claudia, for accepting us and for the opportunity to live this experience. The tasks and shifts are exactly as described. They are easy tasks to learn, and any doubt was always resolved with the help of the fellow volunteers and the hosts. I recommend this place. I miss you all already!

Elliot and Claudia are wonderful hosts, always available in case of questions. They explained in detail the tasks of the hostel, which are very simple and relaxed, and exactly as described. At the beginning of each week you know which shift you will have, that allows a good organization of your free time. The rooms are private for volunteers, but the bathrooms and the kitchen are shared. Living with the other volunteers was unbeatable, we connected instantly and spent a lot of time together creating unforgettable memories :) 100% recommended, especially for beginners!

Eliot and Claudia are wonderful people, they were attentive days before our arrival, we had a private and very comfortable room with plenty of space, the volunteers (our fellow volunteers) were very kind and it is nice to share each of our cultures, the shift we had allowed us to get to know more areas, in addition you could coordinate shifts with our fellow volunteers to be able to do some kind of tour
All in all, if this is someone's first volunteering, this is a great start

As my first volunteer experience, I must say it's excellent! Clau and Elliot are such sweethearts. They're always incredibly attentive. Honestly, volunteering here makes you feel at home. The tasks are exactly as described, as are the hours. Just one thing to note: Communicate the tasks for each shift at the start of the volunteering :) Thanks for everything!

I had a good experience at the hostel. Elliot and Claudia are very kind people. The day I arrived, my bus was late and I arrived very late; they didn't have any problem with this and gave me instructions on how to enter regardless of the time. I appreciate the time I spent there, the tasks are relaxed and simple. I recommend 😊👌✨
